At Pine Haven Designs, every item is made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Because each product is custom printed just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color preference, or change of mind.

✅ We will replace or refund items if:

  • Your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective

  • You received the wrong item

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

1️⃣ Contact us within 14 days of delivery at [support@pinehavendesigns.ca].
2️⃣ Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
3️⃣ Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

❗ Important Notes

  • Sizing issues: Because every item is custom made, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for wrong sizes. Please review the size chart before placing your order.

  • Custom & made-to-order: All products are printed specifically for you—this means all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
