How long will my order take?
All items are made to order, meaning they are printed just for you after purchase.
• Processing time (production): 2–5 business days
• Shipping time (after production):
• Canada: 3–10 business days
• USA: 5–12 business days
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the label is created.
What does “made to order” mean?
We do not mass produce or hold inventory.
Each item is:
• Printed individually just for you
• Carefully checked before shipping
• Created to reduce waste and overproduction
Because of this, processing takes a few days before shipping.
Can I return or exchange my item?
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Incorrect size
• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong color or design

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item is:
• Damaged
• Misprinted
• Incorrect
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
How do I choose the right size?
All apparel is unisex fit.
We recommend:
• Checking the size chart on each product page
• Comparing measurements to a shirt you already own

How does order tracking work?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Tracking statuses may include:
• Order Confirmed – We received your order
• In Production – Your item is being made
• Shipping Soon – Preparing for shipment
• Shipped / On the Way – With the carrier
• Delivered – Arrived at your address
• Pickup Available – Ready at your local post office
What if my package is available for pickup?
If your order is marked as “available for pickup,” it is being held at your local post office.
Carriers typically hold packages for a limited time before returning them, so please pick it up as soon as possible.
If you need help locating your pickup details, contact us and we’ll assist you.
What happens if I don’t pick up my package?
If an order is returned to us due to being unclaimed, not picked up, or an incorrect address:
• Customers are responsible for any reshipping costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Refunds will not be issued for unclaimed or undeliverable packages
If you would like your order resent, please contact us once it has been returned.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are printed and shipped from Canada.
• Canadian orders ship domestically
• USA orders may take slightly longer depending on location and carrier
Will I be charged duties or extra fees (USA orders)?
Most orders arrive without additional charges, but this can vary depending on your location.
Any applicable duties or fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing orders quickly.
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible.
Once your order is in production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
