• USA: 5–12 business days

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.

Pickup & Delivery Notices
If your order is held at a local post office for pickup, please collect it as soon as possible. Carriers may return unclaimed packages after a limited time. We are not responsible for delays or returns caused by missed pickups.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
