At Pine Haven Designs, every item is made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Because each product is custom printed just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color preference, or change of mind.
✅ We will replace or refund items if:
Your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective
You received the wrong item
How to Request a Replacement or Refund
1️⃣ Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address].
2️⃣ Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
3️⃣ Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
❗ Important Notes
Sizing issues: Because every item is custom made, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for wrong sizes. Please review the size chart before placing your order.
Custom & made-to-order: All products are printed specifically for you—this means all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Unclaimed or Undeliverable Packages
If an order is returned to us due to being unclaimed, not picked up, or an incorrect address provided by the customer:
• Customers are responsible for any reshipping costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Refunds will not be issued for unclaimed or undeliverable packages
If you would like your order resent, please contact us once it has been returned and we will arrange reshipping.
